This Esquisse,the works placed on Olympic bridge,in Makomanai,was meant to express’ Welcome to Sapporo!’ to all the visitors coming from all over the world by citizens with bouquets at the time of Winter Olympic Games held in Sapporo. 2 pieces,placed facing each other, one of the cloaks,flown backward,the other in the opposite way, by the stream of the wind over the river.
